Frank Thomas and Associates, LLC was organized by H. Frank Thomas, Jr. and H. Frank Thomas, III. The Thomas family has been in involved in real estate and construction for over 35 years.

Frank Thomas, Jr. became the Qualified Broker for Lowder Realty beginning in the early 1970's. After many years at Lowder, Frank Jr. ventured into the construction business and spent the next 30 years as one of Montgomery’s premier residential contractors.

Upon graduation from Auburn University in 1995, Frank Thomas III, returned to Montgomery and joined the family business. Although very well experienced in construction Frank III knew that his interest was in a career in real estate. Frank III immediately obtained his real estate license and a new company was formed. The company initially focused on the sales of large hunting, farming, and timber tracts. However, with the additions of Truman Jones, Robyn Harris,Al Barnett, Spencer South, and Russ Barrett, Frank Thomas and Associates, LLC is a full service firm.

Frank Thomas and Associates, LLC also has two in-house construction companies. THE Robert F. Henry Dam near Montgomery, Ala., is a sprawling wall of reinforced concrete with 11 spillway gates that holds back approximately 234,200 acre feet of water, creating the lake called Jones Bluff Reservoir. Its lock, a massive concrete-lined chamber 655 feet by 84 feet, was built to raise and lower bulky barges hauling tons of wood and grain some 200 miles downriver to Mobile Bay.
